note

Connection Steps and Data Flow Direction

The instruction sets, here, set up bi-directional data flow between ServiceNow and Flexera One IT Visibility. As a result, data will flow in both directions—from ServiceNow to Flexera One and from Flexera One back into ServiceNow. However, the integration and import configurations are required for proper operation even if you only intend to export data from ServiceNow to Flexera One. (If you are looking for a one-way import, from Flexera One to ServiceNow, then you may skip the configuration steps for the export connection and export job.)
